ARE HEAVILY LINKED TO HEALTH, LONGEVITY AND BETTER LIVING! SHE SAYS:

WHEN YOU BEHOLD BEAUTY (like when you spend time in nature, or simply looking at beauty full images) IT LINKS UP TO THE PART OF YOUR BRAIN THAT WANTS TO MAKE BEAUTY!!

SIMPLY PUT:

The things I ask you to do involving nature, creative expression and beauty immersion are scientifically proven to make you feel better! They are vital (and lucky for us, fun) and they serve a very important purpose! smile

IT HAS BEEN MY DECADES-LONG PASSION TO CREATE BEAUTY FULL, WELLNESS-BOOSTING IMAGES FOR PEOPLE TO ‘BEHOLD’.
TODAY, YOU’RE GOING TO DO SOME ‘MAKING’!

BELOW, I’VE ATTACHED YOUR FIRST 2 MANDALA COLOURING PAGES.
*I created these mandalas by assembling photographs of tree branches to form the images.

CHOOSE THE MANDALA YOU PREFER, SELECT 3 TO 6 COLOURS FROM THE LIST OF 24 SHADES LISTED ON YOUR PRINTOUT FROM DAY 1, AND HAVE FUN CREATING!
*Hint: take a scrap paper and test how the colours work together before finalizing your grouping.
*Note: don’t feel like you have to finish this drawing all in one sitting. Aim to have it done by Monday so you can take a photo with your phone and send it to me before the next class. That way I can screen share them.
