YOUR S.E.L.F. LOVE STORY
On day 2, I asked if you:
GIVE YOUR S.E.L.F. THEĀ SAME AMOUNT OF LOVE AS YOU GIVE TO OTHERS.
But if our programming trains us to live out a story where we feel right giving
and wrong receiving, this task can seem next to impossible.
If we GIVE love TO our S.E.L.F. then we also have to RECEIVE it.
That’s where the whole house of cards falls apart.
SO WHERE DO WE BEGIN?
CHANGE THE NARRATIVE.
Imagine a story about a woman who learns how to love her S.E.L.F. as much as others.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE HER AFTER SHE ACHIEVES THIS GOAL?
WHAT ARE THE QUALITIES OF SOMEONE
WHO WALKS THROUGH THE WORLD LOVING HER S.E.L.F?
WRITE A SHORT CHARACTER DESCRIPTION
(either in point form or sentences.)
YOUR COLOURING BALLERY!
CHOOSE AN IMAGE FROM THE BALLERY BELOW
(yours or someone else’s)
TO REPRESENT YOUR S.E.L.F. LOVING CHARACTER.
MEDITATE ON THIS IMAGE FOR INSPIRATION.
P.S. How does a woman who changed glossary to blossary,
and who is obsessed with balls,
only now realize that these galleries
should be called BALLERIES?
