It’s not a question of closeness.

An APPRECIATED version.
COMPASSIONATE
SENSITIVE
GRATEFUL
GRATIFIED

And I’m living an appreciated version of your life.
So the question isn’t how to get closer, it’s how to locate me.

BA TA:
OK, then. How do I locate you?

S.E.L.F.:
The first thing to do is relax.
You’re with me more than you know.

Just keep centering into your heart.
That’s where I live.
It’s so beauty full there.

It’s whatever you choose it to be.

EFFORTLESS BREATHING – JUST OPEN AND CLOSE

FEELING YOUR RIPPLES
COLOUR YOUR DREAMS
APRRECIATION DEEPENS AND GROWS.

Gaze at the ball.
Each time it changes. your heartbeat creates a bigger ripple.
