Have you ever thought about making yourself 8IGGER?

Probably not, but do these definitions, taken straight from the dictionary, sound like things you’d like to be?
BIG adjective:
~ active and enthusiastic
~ generous, magnanimous
~ operating on a large scale
~ important

BIG can also be used as a verb meaning, to praise, recommend or build.

Imagine yourself, filling with so much 8EAUTIFUEL that you start growing bigger and bigger, until you are 40-feet tall!
What does it feel like to be filled with so much
L.O.V.E. and to stand eye-level with the stately maple?

As you look at it, imagine the perfect balance of n8ture.
Imagine the tree, who is fed by the sun, shining out
all its energy back at the sun.

Imagine the sun shining on you from it’s faraway place.

Today’s colouring page has a line down the middle,
separatingthe image into two hemispheres.

For this exercise, you will be working with
complimentary colours YELLOW and VIOLET.

One one side, use the colours:
lemon yellow, yellow and golden yellow.

On the other side, use the colours:
violet purple, orchid and lilac.

As you colour, visualize the two sides working together
to cleanse and balance you
(finish at your own pace over the week).
