THE GOLDEN 8ALL! 
Although gold isn’t one of the 7 main chakra colours,
it’s considered the 8th chakra and it exists
just outside of the body, above the head.
Gold symbolizes wisdom, courage, love, compassion
and open communication in relationships.
As we continue to deepen communication
with our SELVES, wisdom, courage love
and compassion are some of the most
essential skills to build.
When we use the phrases “You’re golden”
or “good as gold”, it means someone is in
a great situation. It also refers to someone
who is is precious and of great value.

Here are some ideas as to how you can enjoy it:
– Get out your scarves and have a great dance!
– Get out the HARVEST GOLD coloured pencil
and feature it in a colouring session.
