YOUR DOUBLE MANDALA

A week ago, on Week 7 – Day 4,
I asked you to create a DOUBLE MANDALA
from a symmetrical colouring page.
Here’s a recap:

A Doublle Mandala is both a symmetrical
art piece AND a piece that you have
consciously imbued with a significant meaning.

Mandalas are used as spritual growth tools
that help us focus our attention, achieve balance
and act as physicsl representations of our goals.

Once you had chosen a 888eauty goal.
I asked you to focus your energy
on the attainment that your goal and/or ponder
what needed to shift in order for it to become reality.

1) Get out your double mandala.
(Work on it some more if it’s not finished).

2) Does your goal feel achievable?

3) Does looking at/working on the
double mandala help you feel more positive
about your goal, or does it make no difference?
Be very honest with yourself.

4) If the answer was yes, then keep working on
or looking at it every day, even for a short time,
while you deeply visualize your desired result.

5) If the answer was no, ask yourself why
you feel blocked. (Remember to alsways ask
with playful curiosity). smile
