How does 
CENTERING
relate to
COMPASSION?

In terms of compassion,
when we experience something
FROM OUTSIDE IN
– all the emotions and sensory information –

It instantly puts us in that energy.

Now, take a person who you love
And this person is feeling bad
And it’s coming out
And you’re taking it because you love this person.

Now, you’ve inadvertently just taken in all this negativity
The very stuff the other person wants to get out of.
Now there’s 2 of you in it!

We call this EMPATHY
We’ve been programmed to believe that this behavior is good.

It’s not.

What’s good is to go
INSIDE
to our
CENTER

To experience life
FROM THE INSIDE OUT.
Then, when you sit with a person
You can be there 100%
But not take in the negative energy
This way, you do
BETTER
For your person, the situation, and yourself!
(Your S.E.L.F. is already BETTER and already in the CENTRE!)

Let’s ask:
1) What would allow this person to be BETTER?

2) When this state is achieved, would being happy for them feel like?

3) Put that simulation into our heart coherence gratitude
As you support your person!
