There is always something, no matter how
seemingly insignificant, that feel so comfortable
that we never question our ability.

Write down the answer(s) to 1 & 2
and send them to me before next class.

Remember when you coloured
with your least favourite colours
and you found yourself changing your feelings about them?

This is very much like the feeling of changing our life stories.

At first, there may be some resistance,
but very quickly, the changes begin to feel pleasant.

The point is not to fool ourselves into thinking
our stories never happened.
It’s to understand that when we imagine something,
even if it’s false, we can still create better
feelings/sensations in ourselves!

For this optional colouring session,
take your least favourite colours and use them again.
This time, see if you might like to combine them
with one, or more, of your favourite colour picks
from that same exercise.

If you prefer to use only your least favourites, that’s fine, too!

When we’re re-writing our story,
there are many things we won’t want to change.
