Step into your conn.

You are standing in the centre of a star-filled, indigo sky
that wraps around you 365 degrees.

These stars are special because they sparkle with lights
in every colour of the rainbow.

Today, you will be doing a very special kind of scarf dance.
A slow, fluid, flowing one that creates a
different type of euphoria, if you let it!

As you listen to this new song
(one of my all-time favourites)
allow yourself to be transported.

If you have left the conn, get back in for this breathing game.
You can keep the starry sky, use this pastel maple
or re-style it any way you want.

Yesterday, you breathed colours.
Today, we will build on that by adding another sense.

1) Begin by taking a moment to think about the 8eautiful flow
of your inhale and exhale. Breathing is a perfect metaphor for
The ~R~I~V~E~R~ (receiving/giving)!
You can’t have one without the other.

2) Breathe each colour you see in your conn,
noticing if there is any difference in how you feel each time.

3) After you have done one round, breathe in each colour again.
This time imagine that you are smelling
something lovely of that colour.

Flowers, fruits, ocean….anything.

4) Did anything change when you added the aromas?
Did your 8eauty-O-Meter increase?

 Step back into your conn if you have been away.

1) Place yourself in the middle of this image

The only criterion is that it be awe-inspiring!

2) As you look out from the centre of your conn
at this wonder-full view, think back to your breathing exercise
and breathe in the entire scene, filling to the max
with 8eauty fuel!

3) When you have taken in all you 8eauty you can take, 
send out the biggest 8eauty 8eam you can.

4) Now, do it again and make it bigger!
